The world we live in is replete with bottlenecks. The free flow of skill building and spread of knowledge are often hampered variously. The reasons may be many including the constraints of funds or convenience emanating from the social or economic backwardness. Institute of Integrated Training and Studies (IITS) believes in finding solutions rather than reasons. After all, it is a matter of perspective. The way we look at things matters much in the way we do and in turn what we achieve. An institution of recent origin –say hardly two years back- the Institute of Integrated Training and Studies (IITS) is  the  brain child  of four enthusiasts who were active in the field of education technology for more than  one and half decades.

With a missionary zeal and conviction that spread of knowledge and building skill is the only panacea for development of progress and prosperity of the country and the world. Experience tells us that the current education demands for drastic changes in how we look at things in the present world scenario of changed values and way of life. Because, what we want is to remake and render it more fruitful, efficient and effective. The glaring difference between the number of unemployed youth in the country and the number of employable youth points to the lacuna of skill which calls for the intervention of some agency to act for filling the gap. Students need quality education with skill and efficiency but the formal education system as we find now, is rampant with ‘factories’ rolling out post graduates, graduates and diploma holders who find themselves fumbling at the wheels on the road of career or say the real work situations. To make matters worse, a large number of young men and women are incapacitated with paucity of time and funds to acquire education and skills. They require convenient mode of education to cover up their incapacities. Still more confusing is the choice of institution which suits their needs, aspirations and goals.  Besides, there is a large army of people already employed in search for opportunities to earn higher qualifications to match their valuable experience. These are the questions IITS sets out to address.

IITS has collaborated with Sree venkateswara University Uttarpradesh-Amroha, as a joint Research & development Training partner To promote and deliver skill based education under the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)as per the guidelines of University Grant Commission (UGC).
